Senior Electrical Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now hiring a Construction Sr. Electrical Project Manager for the Boise, ID area.

Our client is a well-established self-performing Industrial subcontractor providing new construction and maintenance nationwide. Industries serviced: Power Gen, Renewable Energy, Mining, Pharma, AG, Food & Bev, healthcare, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Date Centers.

This is a direct-hire position. The annual salary is $125-$160K base. Travel: 20-30%. Benefits include M/V/D, 401K, up to 20% bonuses. $1,000/monthly vehicle allowance.

Duties:
-Responsible for planning, scheduling, estimating, employee oversite, and management of projects. 
-Responsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of employees, including Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Superintendent and Foreman. 
-Coordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources. 
-Assigns work and monitors job costs and overall performance, including monthly forecasting. 
-Completes written reports of job process, cost and other matters as requested

Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in the Industrial construction sector as a Sr. Project Manager, Operations Manager, VP of Constriction or similar experience.
-Industry background should include, but not limited to: Power Gen, Renewable Energy, Mining, Pharma, AG, Food & Bev, healthcare, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Date Centers.
-MUST have experience with self-performing work with electrical scopes of work! 
-Electrical experience (Electrical Substation, power line distribution, instrumentation and commissioning) 
-Experience with industrial subcontracting.
-Experience with strategic planning, financial statement evaluation, KPI development, leadership development, customer acquisition, basic human resource functions, and all other elements of leading a construction company.
-Experience managing projects across multiple locations, up to $10MM in value, and 250 craft employees
-MUST be able to travel 20-30%
